- - Cannot access funds as 2FA codes are blocked after phone number change; customer service is unresponsive.
- - BBB complaint filed; escalated to IT.
I changed my phone number so I am unable to receive codes for 2FA. This prevents me from accessing my business revenue.
I have emailed and called their nonexistent customer service numerous times, and no one can seem to help me with updating my number OR simply verifying my identity! I filed a complaint with the BBB and have even sat on hold for over 45 minutes trying to speak to an actual person. Unfortunately, they seem to get busy with other customers before they open because I called the minute they opened. I was told that my case was being escalated to the IT department about a month ago, but Im curious why IT would need to verify my identity to access my money?!
This screams SCAM COMPANY!!! I plan to use every social media platform available to raise awareness about these companies who target small businesses!

What a bonehead move on your part when you changed your number but forgot this (and probably other) accounts YOU set up 2FA. Way to deflect and assign blame.
