Very very bad - DO NOT buy leads from them

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They only talk to you when they are trying to sell you the product after that they all disappear. You can never get a hold of anyone but few emails blaming you for not working hard enough at the leads. Very expensive to purchase and Zurple gives you terrible leads. None of the leads have any information except for the name and an email, which some was not even active email.

Sales agents lie

My experience with zurple is the same as others on here report. The sales rep assured me if in a few months I wasn't happy with the system I could cancel. So when 30 days was almost up I called him. Text him, left voicemail, no answer. Then had to reach out to his manager who listen to the phone calls and heard him say I could cancel. But refuse to cancel because they have to go by the contract not what was told to me. Long story short they will not cancel contract. And if stop paying them they send you to collections. They are not worth the headache and money. Really made a mistake choosing them and service. I'm having to learn a hard expensive lesson. No matter what the sales rep tells you, make sure they put whatever they say to you in writing. Don't take them at there word, they will lie to you. They are wolves in sheep clothing.

Thieves

I canceled my Zurple account at the end of the contract. I have now been contacted by a recovery debt company, who claims I owe them 1944,00 dollars. I contacted Zurple and sent them all cancelation emails and told them to fix this problem. I am now receiving calls from a nasty collection guy, and mail stating I better pay. The amount they are charging is for a continuation of the service. It was split between 2 of us. The other person was charged this amount on her credit card after cancelation. I spoke with Zurple and sent them everything showing it was canceled and yet this continues. It's like a thief is bullying you into paying them, or you will be reported on your credit.

It would have helped had you explained the purpose of a company named " Zurple" .Having never heard of them I cannot evaluate your complaint.

Zurple is a Real Estate Seller Lead company. They tell the sellers that the agent will give them a free CMA. No one wants to sell their house.

I doubt think the OP is expecting YOU to evaluate their complaint! You couldn't even manage the 2 second Google search that would have showed you what Zurple is. SMDH.

Stay Away From Zurple!

Long story short, bad leads but even worse customer service! They only care about your money and do not care about your issues. As mentioned before in another post, they promise the moon and do not deliver on it at all. I thought this would be a good lead generation source for my team and company, so I signed up. I did not get what I was promised but was charged for it. When I tried to complain and get the issue corrected, it took 3 months to finally get a response...the response: Pay the account and we will fix it then. I told them I stopped payment because I felt I was being ripped off with no communication and not getting the extra services I paid extra for. I told them I would be happy to pay a lower rate or pro-rated rate for the lower package I was receiving but that I would not pay the full amount for the last 3 months because I did not get the full package. Their response again...pay up and we will fix it, no pro-rate no discount, no nothing. When I requested to speak to a supervisor...they said one will contact me (even sent me an email confirmation of that). Did one call me, NOPE! Instead, I get a call from a very rude and sleazy Collection Company telling me Zurple has put me into collections for the full amount. RED-FLAG WARNING: I posted something very similar on a paid advertising post of theirs on FB to tell others about my experience. Their only response was "please tell us how we can improve". I responded and they obviously did not like the response because they deleted the entire post. Not just my part, the entire paid advertising post was deleted! I can't post on their FB page as they turned that feature off and they don't allow reviews there either. These are what you call RED-FLAGS! Way to go Zurple!

Zurple is a Rip Off

Back end office emails did not work for 2 months. They did nothing about it after 2 emails and a phone call. DO not use them. You will be sorry. I am filing fraud complaints with the attorney general and the better business bureau. They tied up my money and time for 2 months, costing me clients. Customer service does not care if you are having problems. They tell you they will fix the problems and get back to you. They never fix the problems and they never call you back. Pass this on to all real estate agents. Let's take care of our fellow agents.

ZURPLE IS GARBAGE!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They promise the moon and deliver NOTHING! Almost $600 a month and the leads a WORTHLESS! They won't let you cancel your contract, and when you call you have to wait for your sales rep to call you back. Then it's "You need to give the system time" blah blah blah... JUST DON'T GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY! They don't want to help, they want to take your money and blame you for not closing what few leads they provide. The sourcing of the leads is total BS. "Zurple paid marketing" was my source on my own test lead to the system. I had one of my clients sign up for my site so he could get his search straight from my site also sourced "zurple paid Marketing". I can't get my money back so the only thing I can do is warn other agents about this garbage company!

REALTORS BEWARE!!! ZURPLE IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I was looking for a companion for my contact management software, so I tried Zurple. They are to send emails to your customers automatically. Here is what I did not know: They will NOT automatically import any of your leads, so you have to manually type them all in - what a joke! Who has time for that? They say they will import from Zillow - however, I have 170 leads in my CRM and Zurple has 11! Great Job. I would be ashamed to tell you what they charge! Follow Up Boss is fantastic. They get results and requests from your cutomers. I have not had 1 single email back from any of the 2,000+ contacts I gave Zurple! Not 1! In 2 months. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ZURPLE! Just my opinion - go with someone that get results - follow up boss.

This review was posted prior to the agent taking the time to resolve the issue directly with Zurple before going to social media. The issue has been resolved but the agent cannot remember the email address used to create the comment and so is unable to take it down.
