Despite numerous emails and phone calls, their third party Adjuster, American Claims Management (ACM) is very unprofessional and not responding to their valued customers making us so disappointed and perturbed. The most alarming is that the claim due to the hail damage in question is two years old and their final check is still awaited despite following up with even their President, Dhara and Director, Barnard and Manager, Patricia and Charlotte several times.
It looks like the ACM dont understand the importance despite paying them a hefty premium of over $3800 per annum and they substantially hiked the premium recently. We never had issues with other Insurance Companies in the past.
Hope, ACM will resolve this 2 year-long issue on priority basis once for all and send us the necessary check professionally without any further delay. : Case# 15901****
