They are a total RIPOFF! DON'T Send ANYTHING!

I sent them THREE Shipments of tapes. In 2013! NOTHING!!!! I enquired and emailed several times (kept the copies) and still NOTHING! It's not a lot of money - less than $100, but STILL....they probably got lots of money off of many of us and incredibly they are still not responding. I now take them to a local store. 25 cent to a dollar a piece is better than ZERO! I am only writing this so that more people don't get ripped off as I have. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the ad on tv and thought it would be a good thing to use to get rid of some old games. Boy was I WRONG! I turned in 8 or 10 items for about $108. That was back in June of 2013. To this date I have not received a penny! I have contacted them over and over and all I get is a generic email saying they are working on it. I can not stress this enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! You will only loose your games because they just take them and not pay for them.

Zumu doesn't pay for your products!

It is a very long and drawn out story but the basics are not to use Zumu! It has been 7 months since they have received my cds and dvds and have yet to pay. they continue to claim they redid their payment process and that it is causing a "delay" but 7 months is asinine! Their customer service is horrible... takes forevet to find their email for inquiries and there is no phone number to call. i submitted a complaint to BBB who sided with me and found fault with this company and that their response was lacking and unsatisfactory.

Zumu, LLC refuses to pay for merchandise sold to them

I can only assume that they are purposely not paying me since it has been since August that I have been waiting for a check from Zumu, LLC in the amount of approximately$150.00. I sent 2 boxes of merchandise. I no longer even get an answer when I e-mail the company. I am left with no other recourse than to keep turning Zumu, LLC in to the better business bureau, and to add to their facebook, twitter, etc. my complaints. Believe me, at some point, there will be a class action suit as a result of this kind of behavior. This can ruin a company, and causes many to file for bankruptcy. Please just do the right thing and pay me.

Zumu are still selling things off in the UK under the name Grey Square Media - If you find them on Amazon or ebay make sure you email amazon/ebay as they have been kicked off already and will be trying to sneak sales.

Just so you know, the BBB will not help you accomplish anything. They are basically a site for complaints to collect.

They have no authority to even act on any behalf, sorry!

The company closed its doors in February. They had not been paying customers, vendors, landlord, and finally employees. They were evicted from their space, the website has been taken down, and all merchandise and equipment was moved to Florida so the owner could start a new business doing the same thing. You may want to avoid that site if you choose to sell more items. I imagine you will have the same outcome.

The ZUMU UK side has gone into administration.

Basically, they have filed Chapter 11 over there. So, I imagine they will do the same over here.

All of this information can be found online with a little bit of digging. It's all out there for all to see.

Sadly, they ripped us all off and we all fell victim to what seemed like a legitimate business.

The only option any of us have is to contact our attorney general, contact a lawyer, or put together a class action lawsuit.


Sent in my package of DVDs in November of 2013. Still haven't received payment.

And no longer receiving responses from the customer service.

Extremely disappointing. Complete scam
