Never received product, no response to numerous emails, no phone
- - Ordered shampoo on Jan 23.
- - Tracking shows USPS was told to expect shipment.

I ordered shampoo on January 23rd. Tracking showed company told USPS to expect shipment.
That message has never changed. Contacted the company by email. No response! Again, no response.
They sent me an email asking, "How'd we do?" Said I hadn't received the product.
No response. Going to call my credit card next to report fraud.
