But the site would not work, so I went to the comments section on your web site and submitted it several times. I still have not received the $20 coupon. Please help!

Never received product, no response to numerous emails, no phone
I ordered shampoo on January 23rd. Tracking showed company told USPS to expect shipment.
That message has never changed. Contacted the company by email. No response! Again, no response.
They sent me an email asking, "How'd we do?" Said I hadn't received the product.
No response. Going to call my credit card next to report fraud.
