ZT Computers Support

Bought a ZT computer because it is assembled in the USA. Have contacted support for very lengthy shutdowns, even sent a event log. Also SN of PC and other info to speed the process along. nothing back from ZT. They didn't even acknowledge the support request. As a final kick to the consumer, they have shut off email receipts. I can see with any bigger events I'll be left to resolve the issues on my own. Not really what one looks for in service and support. Avoid at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere.
