I ordered in zoya 6 set of bras on 6th of nov but i did not get any delivery.. Dispatch the product as soon as possible..

Order did not received till now
Ordered a 6 pack bra and panty set from Zoya fashion on 5th November 2020 and received the order and payment confirmation by email, but didn't receive any shipping confirmation.

Didn't receive any product until now which is said to be delivered within a week. Trying to reach customer service for a long time and didn't get any appropriate answer in return. Highly disappointed in the service provided.

Order did not received till now

Trying to reach customer care for a long time and can't get a response from you people. Bad customer service.

Great nail polish but terrible customer service.
Unlike most companies these days who understand that providing quality customer service is key to growth and success this company does not. I placed a large order and while I was waiting for it to arrive they ran a sale.
I called and explained that I had just placed the order and hadn't received it yet and requested a price adjustment or accommodation. They said no. It's the policy. Thinking people, not machines, make policy.
Have some common sense and decency Zoya. Companies who value their customers show good faith and respect for those who support them.
If you was to grow, customer service is important. Shame on Zoya.
