I am extremely disappointed to share my negative experience with Zotos Professional, specifically concerning their All About Curls hair color line. I purchased the All About Curls 6N Cocoa Curlicues hair dye and developer from Amazon hoping for vibrant color and gray coverage for my curly hair.

Instead, the product was defective, resulting in an undesirable orange tone, uneven color, and significant damage to my hair, leaving it dry and frizzy.

The Zotos Professional customer service response was appalling. Initially, the representative, Jeneta, questioned the legitimacy of my purchase, asking for screenshots to prove it was sold by Amazon, despite my clear statement of purchase origin. They then requested unreasonable information like LOT codes from discarded packaging, which I had already disposed of.

Instead of offering a solution, Zotos Professionals customer service deflected blame, claiming the issue was due to my application technique and color choice. This is unacceptable.

As a consumer using a hair dye product as directed, I should not be held responsible for a faulty formulation. The company's refusal to take ownership of the problem is shocking.

Escalating the issue led to further frustration. The "Customer Experience Management Team" provided an unsigned, anonymous response, demonstrating a lack of accountability. Zotos Professional has repeatedly refused to offer a proper resolution or compensation, instead directing me to seek a refund from Amazon, which is not the solution to a defective product from Zotos.

This experience has been a complete waste of time and money.

I strongly advise anyone with curly hair or anyone seeking reliable hair color to avoid Zotos Professional and their All About Curls line. Their defective products and abysmal customer service are simply not worth the risk.
