No available phone number and I'm still waiting on a tracking # since August 31st
RUN RUN RUN
Every time I try to reach out to these people, there are no available numbers, and when I email them, they always send back the same message: 'Oh, we usually ship one to three days after the order.' Well, mine was on the 31st of August, and I still have no tracking number. The emails that they send are horrible; they don't explain anything.
So at this point, I don't feel very good about them. I have tried every way I know how to reach out to them

Zotic had a buy one get two free special, and I submitted my online order and paid $54. Before their phone lines were disconnected, I called and left several messages requesting why my order was still showing as unfulfilled after 10 days.
No call back was ever received.
I emailed customer service, and their AI replied that someone would be contacting me in the next couple of days. I'm still waiting for that someone to reply.

On the 24th of June I paid $179.00 for a chain from Zortic of New York and I have yet to hear back from anyone,I called the customer service number and it's no longer in service and it is such a shame for people to be so low lifed that they are so hard up that they will beat you out of your hard earned money and want reply.it was suppose to be 5 to 8 days it's been on the 24th of August it will be two months and I have reported them to the BBB also

I shouldn't have to leave one star; they deserve zero stars. I placed two orders.
One was a buy one, get one free offer ($204.40) and the other was a rewards club offer (free - just pay shipping). They only shipped one chain that I ordered and two others that I didn't order. I contacted them and told them that they sent the wrong stuff, but they just ghosted me. A couple of weeks later, they tried to charge my account twice in one day without my permission and for something I didn't order.
They are straight up scammers. Don't send them your money!

They don’t ever send you the right items you purchase,an when you do get something in the mail it’s two to three months later no proper way to contact anybody
First I order the watch an cubin chain,when I received the package the watch came the chain an bracelet was wrong try to reach out to zotic They gave me something were I can to purchase something else so I decided to purchase a cubin ice bracelet probably going to be at least 60 days before they ship it an by the time I get it gone be the wrong bracelet now I order another cubin ice chain I have three items Im tracking bracelet,chain,an a pendant I got to see how this works out

It was ridiculous to return the item since the cost of shipping plus the restocking fee was almost the same as what I paid. Company sucks.
Ordered a chain for my religious pendant in early January of 20266which was lost twice. The replacement took forever to arrive and was not the best quality.
It cost me 50.00 but the return cost was $15.00 plus the shipping charges. Huh?
Are they kidding me? Do not buy anything from this company; they suck!!!
