Zortam

I tried to get the Zortam MP3 program to register after downloading from Sharewareonsale.com but the program would not run on my Windows 11 machine. I know it's a32 bit program but it should still run as other 32 bit programs run on my machine.

I can download the 64 bit version from their website and it will run but it won't accept the registration numbers given on Sharewareonsale.com. I did contact the company and they suggested downloading from their website but the 32 bit version still would not run so I could register it. I tried contacting them again and I get their mailbox is full and it gets bounced back to me MANY times.

I really would like to at least try out the program before I pay for it.If I can't even contact them, what if I need support after buying it? Oh I am seeing a number of negative comments about this company too so there is another red flag.

Used Trialpay to get "Zortam Mp3 Media Studio Pro - Lifetime License" by signing up with Huluplus. Used paypal and was told "License key for Zortam Mp3 Media Studio Pro will be delivered to you via e-mail immediately after ordering." Did not happen, I am still waiting for a reply from Zortam.

Huluplus is working so I know I completed the offer.

Emailed Zortam several times but they refuse to answer my enquiry. Trialpay has been responsive but I still don’t have the license promised on an “instant” offer and an “immediate” email containing the licenses.

Zortam is a sketchy company with abysmal customer support. I will most likely refuse payment to them in the next 24 hours.
