Fraudulent advertising
Bought a flying eagle with lots of detail talons, on a perch with ballasts that move the wings. I got a tube with an poorly painted eagle head and twig feet .
I can hold it on my hand. What a joke. Do not buy from zoraro.
I paid $60 for something I would not have paid two dollars for. Rip off, what a joke.

Misrepresentation/fraud of product advertised
the ad on Pinterest showed a metal fountain in a garden with 2 ravens and when they opened their mouths, water poured out. I received a 5 inch resin figurine, poorly painted, with no pump or anything with which to move the water through.
Completely different from the picture. They offered 10% refund or sent it back to China at my expense!

Verified ReviewerItem ordered May 2, 2025. 7-14 business day turn around not honored. Item received June 15 and left on my porch. I requested a refund, but no response I’m trying to get a return address
I want a refund for items ordered and not received.

Broken merchandise
I ordered a circle making device for use in my artwork. It was $42, but seemed like a useful tool, so I ordered it.
When it arrived, the corner of the box was crumpled (like it had been dropped) and the device was unusable when I took it out of the box. It was completely broken. I contacted the company and they replied right away, saying that they needed the order number, product description, etc. I sent them the required information and they said that, to better serve me, I should send a description of the problem and a video of it, if possible.
I sent both, describing by text and demonstrating by video, the extent of the damage. The next text they sent said that, in order to get a refund, I would have to ship it back to China at my own expense or I could keep it as a gift and they would knock 10% off the purchase price! So I could keep a completely useless piece of garbage for only $37.80! These people are scam artists in the extreme!
My advice is never even buy a toothpick from these dirtbags! They have their website and communications structured so that its nearly impossible to lodge a complaint or dispute a charge.
This after assuring that they provide easy returns and guaranteed refunds. *** Avoid at all costs, unless you like to be cheated!

I too fell victim to there lies and deceitful advertising. I was offered the same discount.
Was told I could ship back to china at my expense. Fraudulent and a scam. They stole the pictures off Wayfairs website.
The same eagle I bought is shown on many other websites. DO NOT BUY FROM zoraro
