Ruined white suit!
I dropped off a white suit to be cleaned. It was returned with brown, black, and green dye over 85% of the jacket and skirt and I needed it for a meeting the next day!!!! Someone had to see this BEFORE putting it in the plastic garment bag. I went through *** and high water just to get to the area manager as I requested a refund. She called and they sent it back to get the dye out and less than a week later I receive it and it has shrunk!! I can't button the jacket nor get it close enough to close and I can't pull the skirt all the way up!!! I will NEVER recommend Zoots to anyone!!! I left a message for the area manager to contact me and I've waited all day and no call.

First of all, any dress that is stored for years and is white is probably going to yellow a bit. Instead of waiting to finally lose weight why not just purchase the correct size gown in the first place? After 5 kids, get real. You can't spell. You changed your story. you bad mouthed a company and an attorney then apologized so you could get paid. Now you can't remove the post so you aren't being paid because you are slandering people. This is the perfect example of someone looking for a cash payment not someone concerned about a dress. Next time behave in a classy way, conduct yourself like a lady and speak properly. That would have saved all this wasted time that was spent on nonsense. This story isn't worth someone pretending to be you so get over yourself and stop living a life based off of drama. This certainly was not a Pnina dress so settle down. I will continue to use Zoots.

Worst Dry-Cleaners I have ever used....
Do not ever take your clothes to be dry-cleaned at Zoots dry cleaners! Worst experience ever. First time customer walked into your store and will never return and will also ensure no friends, relatives, coworkers, anyone who listens will use your services. No customer service (clearly not a priority by the way the staff interacted with the customers - not just me), no explanation of prices or expectations, severely overpriced (even with a coupon that almost couldn't have been used if consumer, ME, had not have asked about when to present it), awful little stickers placed on every stitch of clothing dropped off; So excited to get all pieces back didn't check over them thoroughly - damage to one suit and another suit and 2 dresses looked like a dog chewed on them. ONE PRICE Cleaners has you beat all the way around, price, customer service, and satisfactory service and delivery of clothing!
