Stole $610.60. Refused to give product or refund
I ordered a book case for $610.60 on 3/12/13. Order number 700006****.
After several weeks of not getting a shipping number I requested a refund. I was told I would have a refund in 48hrs. Yesterday I received a notice that I would not receive a refund or my product. They are steeling $610.60 of my hard earned money.
I want my money back!!!! They are criminals. The notice said they were going out of business and would not be able to give my my money or product. I just want my hard earned money.
This has been a month of ongoing hassle trying to get my product and then my money and now they say I'm just out of luck. Not OK.
That is steeling. I want my refund.

ZooStores never sent my merchandise nor had the nerve to refund. Took money and ran.
I've called and or emailed everyday now for two weeks. The CEO has now jumped on with supplizer, but won't do the right thing and refund customers. Do not order from either of these places. All I am asking for now is my money back.
That is what businesses that do not do what they are supposed to. The worst part is the CEO hiding and deleting social media sites and pages to cover himself. It's not working.
I'm not going away. You should be ashamed.
Shipped headboard I did not order
Ordered beautiful metal headboard from zoostores.com on-line Dec. 26th. Jan. 22nd Fed Express delivered a ugly black headboard from Coaster.com in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Item No. 300190QF headboard on zoostores.com is the beautiful feminine metal headboard I ordered on-line. Item No. 300190QF on coastercompany.com is the ugly black headboard you shipped me. I am very upset. I have been calling zoostores.com Customer Service, Mercantila Customer Support and Coaster Company furniture every day for 7 days. I want Federal Express to pick up the ugly black headboard and ship me the beautiful metal headboard I ordered on-line from zoostores.com You deducted the money from my checking account December 26th. I expect to have the headboard I ordered and paid for. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? I plan to call and email every day until I receive the headboard I ordered. If you fail to respond before Friday, February 1st, I am prepared to file a customer complaint with BBB, the Attorney General, my Georgia Congressman, AARP, Facebook and etc.....If you do not ship me the beautiful metal headboard I ordered from zoostores.com, I want a REFUND CREDITED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. Do you understand me?

I found this website by Googling "tennis ball machine". I found a "Lobster Elite Freedom Tennis Ball Machine", which was priced $799, the same as the price on the website of Lobster Sports.
But Zoostore offered $25 rebate and 12 tennis ball. So, I ordered it on 05/04. On the website, it was marked as "ships in 3-4 days". The confirmation email I received said the shipping date is 05/14 (10 days).
Not a big deal, I thought. However, it didn't come in time. I tried to call them but I found no matter what time I called nobody answered the phone! The machine said " You are the first one in line, please wait.", but no one picked it up in half an hour!
I sent them an email. They write on their web that all questions will be answer in 24 h. It is not the case. It was answered at least two days after the email.
They said the shipping date was changed to 05/22. So, I wrote on 05/19 to cancel the order since it hadn't been shipped yet. But they replied me on 05/21 that it had been shipped! I received the Ball Machine (only, no tennis ball, no rebate card) on 05/23.
In the Friday of that week, I opened it and charged exactly 24 h following the instruction. I used it in the morning of 05/26. It seemed fine in the first 10 minutes, but the reset button was triggered once. I turned it off and pushed the reset button back.
It is OK for another 20 min. Then the reset button popped up again. But this time it stopped working! I called Lobster Sports and tried to do what they told me to do.
It just didn't work. They told me to contact the dealer to get returned. I tried to call Zoostore. Again, no one answer the phone.
I have to write another email to request a return and a full refund. But I never heard anything back. I am in the process to get the Credit Card company involved and maybe a lawsuit if necessary. The experience for shopping at Zoostore is just like to deal with animals.
So difficult to communicate with them. After I found out that they are located in Palo Alto, the center of Silcon Valley, very close to Stanford University, where I got my Ph.D, I felt Shame on them.
Please watch out them. You don't want to go through this as I did.
