i have been out of work. i was getting this for a fungal rash. i got a hold of a lady there. she was very cordial. she told me where to send for a refund. it is scary buying on line. she was good to me.

Very disappointing product.
I ordered a jar of green tea extract cream. The product came and I opened it today to fins a solid blob surrounded with watery substance. This is not cream! I tried calling both of the number given on the insert and also listed on this website. Neither number worked. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange for either a replacement or a refund.

Never delivered and won't answer phone or emails
This company is fraudulent! Do not order from them. I'm baffled by the reviews where people actually got their products, although it seems to only be tea that gets delivered. Don't know what to do?! I don't know how a "Company" can get away with this. Almost every review I read, people say the same thing! I have called and called and called every day to see why I haven't heard anything from them and I have also emailed over and over and over! Very frustrating. Too bad it is companies like them that scare people to purchase off the internet. I've never had this problem with any other company!

Horrible, negligent service
This company has yet to reply to any of my inquires. I placed an order on January 14. On January 17 I called to inquire when my order would be shipped. I was told it was being processed and would be shipped that day or on the 18th. As of January 23 I do not know the status of my order. I placed two phone messages and numerous emails - all have gone unanswered. The CEO is Cary James Heather. I am getting the run around. This company has unacceptable service. I will never recommend this company or shop here again.

They have only an answering machine that says mailbox full, so you cannot call them....
I ordered Kiroki cleansing detox foot pads..i needed that brand per doctor's advice. I received a bag with the pads, but in mo marked box, no directions, and i cannot ascertain what brand the are...
