- - The order for 124 pounds was not processed in time and I got no emails.
- - They say it has been dispatched but it has not left the warehouse yet.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I eventually received the goods not ordered anything since it's put me off buying off them
They have not processed my order for 124 pounds within the time stated. I received no emails regarding the matter.
I'm really disappointed and will be going back to my usual company. They keep saying it has been dispatched but has not left the warehouse yet.
I'm really angry with this company. I consider myself a valuable customer, but I think they have just lost me as one.

Total lies to my product being delivered so it means that that the Company you are using for delivery is full of thieves

- - Someone at the door claimed it was delivered.
- - My kittens are hungry while I wait for item.
A deliverer lied by taking a picture proving that he had delivered my parcel and now my kittens are crying with hunger and yet someone turned away from my door showing my parcel as if hes delivered it. I need my item coz this is foolish.

Hello everyone
I cant login to my zooplus account been 4 days, my laptop and my iPad I cant login but my mobile until yesterday I still can login and unfortunately today I cant login.
These 2 days Ive sent a few emails to zooplus from Nederlands , Ive explained to them someone hacked my account, they changed my password, my email address and my phone number. But zooplus didnt reply me.
Also Ive returned 2 cats dry food, each one was 6.5 kg, theres nothing that I can hear about the refund.
They didnt send me any information and I deleted all emails from zooplus . So I cant have my record anymore.
I dont even know whats my account number from zooplus.
Please can someone fix this problem ?
