- - Zoomer closes in the new year.
- - They were not great but cheap.
- - Ads started before calls.
- - Now they say I owe $400 and keep old numbers hostage.
Zoomer are closing at the end of 2024, so they have 0 staff. All my communications end up with Rogers (who actually own the equipment that Zoomer uses).
They started by holding our number hostage.
Now it's too late to retreive but they still claim I owe for unused data. This is far from over. I'm fed up with Rogers and its' puppet companies!
Zoomer is closing in the new year and it comes as no surprise. They have never been great but at least they were cheap.
When they started dropping in commercials before the calls went through, that was it for me. Now they say I owe $400.
For what I don't know. They now tell me they are holding our old numbers hostage.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Run away

UPDATE: I finally settled with the parent company ROGERS Communications. They have started billing me again for no reason.
Don't ever give Rogers your credit card info! BTW: RED is the same as Rogers, so there is no reason to expect better customer service.
