I purchased a vehicle from ZoomAuctions, a 2005 Volkswagen New Beetle for $5500. When the vehicle arrived from transport, I noticed the transmission began to shift erratically and then not work at all.

The mechanical damage this vehicle had was not in the listing, as I would not have purchased it knowing this. When the title paperwork arrived, one of the forms stated the vehicle was traded in for $500.

I called a previous owner stated on a form and found out she had traded the car in because the transmission had gone out. Despite repeated efforts, I have not been able to get ZoomAuctions to give me some recompense for the thousands of dollars I am out to make this vehicle road worthy.
