Anonymous Wow.. I too have had horrible reactions from the new machines. Extremely bad acne, NEVER had a problem before.. and skin dry and flaking.. I've been a customer for many years...

Anonymous we have a list of all the ingredients at my salon for clients viewing at any time they ask. maybe you should ask the salon...-

they got a new machine..versa pro... that was promised to be state of the art...the 2 times i used it as a level 2 clear, the color never developed.....fyi, i did not have this problem with the former versa spa...when i called for renumeration, they basically kicked me to the curb because i have a membership...way to take care of your loyal customers!!! because i need to enter at least 100 words for this complaint to go through, i'll go on to...
