Ordered parts for my scooter the first part I received months before I received it then honored a relay several months ago. I was promised I would get it. I still haven’t received it.
I ordered a three wheel Zoom scooter. I had only read it a couple of times and I plugged in the wrong charger.
The first part I ordered was $150 after several months I finally received it then I ordered the relay I still havent got it after several months. I thought they were manufactured in USA. I found out the scooters are coming from overseas and assembled here in the USA you can call their number and no one ever answers. You have to email them bad customers support although in the ad they say they stand behind their warranty.
All I ever got was a promise on this part. I wouldnt recommend this scooter to anyone.
