Verified Reviewer |help - zookaware disabled my sound card
I installed Zookaware Pro on my newest laptop. As soon as I ran the registry scan and let it make changes, my soundcard stopped working.
I tried all of Microsoft's troubleshooters and suggested fixes, but nothing helped. Fortunately, I had a Windows restore point that was created just before the Zookaware installation. I restored the system (which removed the Zookaware software) and bingo - the soundcard started working again. The Zookaware installation is the only change I made prior to this incident.
What information do you need to resolve this issue so I can reinstall Zookaware? Note: I am not "pissed". I attempted to access your support page and three different browsers wouldn't let me open the page due to "privacy errors". I searched the web for info about how to contact you and found this site.
Please let me know a better way to contact customer service. Thanks.
