Resolved: Refused to refund
- - Custom nail polish order; requested red shimmer, purple glitter, and black base.
- - There was a three-week delay, and the refund was denied with no response.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
They refunded me $62 since the other $4 was for the cat and dog vet bill donation.
She refused to give me a refund and now she will not respond to my email.
I found Zombie Claw Polish through the Shop app and unfortunately the app does not do PayPal so I do not have that buyer protection.
The colours I had asked for were red shimmer, purple glitter and a black base but she kept mixing pinks and golds even though I had stated many times that I did not want other colors, I just wanted the ones I asked for.
I had stated that I wanted a solid red shimmer and as if to mock me she said she only has a solid red shimmer and will order other colours if I wanted then she sends me a picture of this 'solid red shimmer' and it was gold and pink-red. I feel like she's doing this to me on purpose.
So no custom polish and no refund I feel like I got scammed.
