It really blows my mind how they lie. This is not the place for weight loss it's the place to give away your money for nothing.

- Hard to follow with drops before meals and rotating foods, high cost and minimal weight loss.
About 2 year ago I saw this advertisement on tv and called and got an appointment . This was so very hard to follow the things you had to do were terrible.
There is a lot of drops you have to take before each meal and rotate your foods.
The cost is extremely high and the weight loss is minimum. If you ever want to see false advertisement this is the one for you.

Zoe Wellness got me back to a healthy weight,and my diabetic condition under control. It was so easy,you don't have to workout because you are getting the inside of your body healthy.

Treated the same as when I was an overweight child
- I arrived for an appointment, waited long, and the nurse said I needed doctor clearances.
- The program misleads about who is accepted.
Went for an initial appointment. Was kept waiting for quite a while despite the fact there were many people standing around doing nothing.
When the nurse finally came out to get me, she took me into an office. Within 10 seconds after I sat down, she handed me some medical clearance forms and said I was on too much medication and would need doctor clearances. Really, I could tell she was telling me this company didn't want to deal with people who were obese or who had medical conditions such as diabetes II and aFib. She got me out of there as fast as she could and said she would follow up with me the next week.
I've heard nothing from this company since then. I know why.
They should not mislead people with their advertising. I think they should be made to change it to tell the truth about the people they will and won't accept into their weight loss program.

My wife went weekly to lose weight and get into shape, at the beginning they were good, but after she lost a little weight and got to a stumbling block on here weight. They forgot about her, and we are still are paying for their services which is not there.

I started the program 2/28/2022 at 242.6 pounds even during the program there was very little contact i had to keep calling. video appointerment were made but no one showed up for them unless i kept calling and complaining than i would get a very unfriendly rushed tthrough chat yes i lost weight from 242.6 pounds iam now 216.4.

The initial consult was misleading and made it seem as if you receive a food list catered to you.Not the case. The list is not given until after you pay your money and it is a general list.

Lack of customer service and follow up
- The program costs $2500 to lose weight and offers little guidance.
- They draft my account on the 5th of every month and provide no follow-up.
I went to Zoe Wellness Center in May 2020. At first, it seemed as though they really want to help you lose the weight.
However, shortly after my initial visit I had COVID-19. I was supposed to call to schedule a 15-day visit. Since, I was sick I did not. You would think that they would've reached out to see why I had not scheduled that visit.
Today is November 5, 2020, and I have never heard from the office to follow up. However, every 5th of the month they draft my account. Please be aware that the 2500.00 to lose weight with this company is not worth it. All they do is take your money and give you a bag with instructions.
They never reach out to you and provide support. It is so sad that we have companies like this taking advantage of people's desire to lose weight.

- After starting Zoe Wellness, I saw results and changed eating habits.
- The program uses supplements that are easy to prepare and staff are accessible.
For months, I had been experiencing pain in my legs, weight gain and unable to control systolic blood pressure. After speaking with a friend she recommended that I go to Zoe Wellness clinic.
I started the program and was very pleased with my results although I did not lose the desired 25 to 30 pounds I was able to change my eating habits which will enable me to continue to lose weight.
The program entails using various supplements which are easy to prepare.
The staff and coaches are pleasant to work with and are genuinely concerned about you reaching your goals. They are accessible to you if you need to call and speak with them about your concerns they are available to assist you.

I went in with the expectation of losing the weight I needed to lose. I was not informed that you are only use the supplements they give you in the beginning then you just eat your regular food from them on.
I paid $3000 for nothing but to eat my own food. This is ridiculous.
