Ordered and paid for a gift card and haven’t received it
The number that pissed customer provides are just individual restaurants and not customer services. I would suggest that you shouldnt advertise you can help when you cant, very annoying!

Quality of pizza was very bad
I bought veg pizza but no veg on top of my pizza pizza was sweet I dont know whay . It was take away otherwise I will complain directly in the zizi

Complaint
On Sunday 21st January we had lunch at Zizzis Hampton Court. My Seafood Linguini arrived on a cold plate.
It was a cold day. I asked for the plate to be heated, as Id done before. This time, however, the waitress took the plate and returned with it still cold.
She apologised and said that the kitchen had told her We dont heat plates. My food was lovely, as usual, but tepid.
To book a table with my daughters birthday party
Absolutely disgraceful episode where I was not able to book with my daughters party because of some stupid rule and we have all decided never to set foot in a Zizzi restaurant ever again

Booked a table for 14 people Saturday 21st January time 17.15pm. Upon arrival the waiter said they had no heating ( fair enough not waiters fault) but could of rang or messaged me to say then I could of make a decision to carry on with my meal or not, seated right by a door that delivery people use to collect orders bad enough sitting with coats on and scarfs my grandchildren where cold so asked manager to lock door .
Service was slow forgot my husbands main meal ( not happy ) everyone eating while he was still waiting for his meal , waitress forgot to put his order in , then to top it off the waitress came over and said could we leave the table at 7.30pm as they needed it for another booking, when you have a table of 14 slow service you cant expect to no out in 90 mins , I think you should allow extra time for bigger partys .
It was for my birthday that we booked would definitely not be in a hurry to book again or recommend to friends. Not good at all !

Party of 14 people upon arrival waiter said heating had broken was minus 2 outside, could of rang and informed us before arrival then could of made a decision weather to carry on then sat by door where delivery drivers come and go , service was slow then was asked to leave by 7.30pm as table was booked out so hurried our puddings all in all not a good experience!

Wrong order
I am a vegetarian and I ordered a vegetarian meal but instead they served me beef. My religion and my belief system do not allow me to eat meat.
I ended up eating because of the staff not putting the orders correctly.
I threw up the food I ate and it was a very bad experience in general. I would never recommend the Zizzi to anyone.
