- Zitobox banned my account when I earned a $10 Amazon gift card and clicked cashout.
- They removed my email and banned me for life with no stated reason.
Zitobox literally scammed me and took my 1000 points worth a $10 giftcard. The moment I withdrew my points they disabled my login to their site and banned me.
I did nothing wrong!
I spent an entire year to get that giftcard and they just ban me. It's completely unacceptable that nothing is done about this.
There is ZERO reason as to why they did this. The only single reason they did this is to avoid payment.
I have reporting this company to the Florida Gaming Control Commission. The site Zitobox is run by: Joy Media Works LLC. I have requested a reason as to why they did this and all they said is they decide to ban me.
This is fraud. I am reporting this company everywhere.
