Purchased an antenna and cable. The antenna came with a cable, which they didn't mention, and I want to return the cable.
I have 14 days to return it, and they won't respond to my email, phone messages, or callback requests. I have tried 7 times and received nothing. I guess they don't accept returns if you wait 14 days to respond! I have spent thousands of dollars there on scanners and will never shop there again.
I'm glad I didn't have this issue with one of them.

I was having some issues with my scanner due to my medical equipment that I must use and have on at all times. Joel worked hard trying to find a solution.
We talked and chatted online a number of times. Each time we either spoke or chatted, he was extremely helpful and caring.
He spoke to me like I was family or a close friend. I cannot say enough about the outstanding and helpful customer service he gave me.

I set up a call time on the 27 and 28 of April the 27 call 3 hrs past my time on the 28 no calls at all that full day nothing. Haven't lost hope yet.
I live in louisiana down here they call them parishs . I have to parishs I need progamed in to a wistler 1065. Phase one . I also have a uniden sds 100 .
They say just enter zip code.
Can I also ad ro this uniden sds 100? Plz call Monday my phone is on by 1030 am mon thr fri thank you paul berkeley

Only received accessories, and it was missing cup holder and antenna. Still have not received the scanner, which is why we ordered the accessories in the first place.
Called the customer service line and get put on voice mail and don't receive a follow-up. No follow up with emails. Schedule a call that never comes. This place is a scam from what I can tell and will have to use my bank to get money refunded since the customer is not important enough to be communicated with.
They want your money, but they don't want to send the items, and you have to fight to get money back.
Best advice is to stay the *** away from this company. Avoid them if you don't want to be frustrated with their lack of customer support.

- - Purchased Uniden SDS-200 with accessories; over $1,000.
- - Front panels flicker; rep was kind; promised supervisor callback and warranty return.
Purchased a new Uniden SDS-200. With all the asscessories, tag came to over 1000.00.
When I received scanner, front panels was flickering bad. Called customer support and spoke with customer service.
Gentleman was very kind and helpful. Had to speak with Supervisor but would call me back. Seemed like another month went by and received another call.
Wasn't home when call came in, but serviceman said that I needed to return unit since I had purchased the warranty. I called and left a message with their support. Still have not received any calls or help concerning radio condition or whatever needs to be done to make purchase right.
Very upset because I spent allot of money for something that doesn't work, and support seems not care to contact you to make deal honorable. Thank you

Upon receiving scanner on 1st day, screen was flickering. Have called ZIPSCANNER twice and have been advised it is covered by warranty.
Asked where to send scanner for replace or repair and they advised they would get back to me.
After 2 weeks, called and left message with voice mail as usual and to this day, I have not herd from anyone.
Spent over 1000.00 on scanner and accessories and am NOT HAPPY AT ALL. WITH ORDER.

Spent 1200.00 on a Uniden SDS-200 and accessories. Unboxed scanner. Started it up and screen flickers. Can't get ahold of customer service.
As far as I am concerned, it's all junk. I'll try to send back with warranty, but it sounds like this place sells crap.

MUST READ...HORRIBLE COMPANY
- - Ordered June 3, 2017; promised same-day shipping before 2 PM, 1-3 days delivery.
- - Jessie gave conflicting delay excuses; refunds requested and blocked.
I ordered a digital scanner, and a mobile antenna from this company on June 3rd 2017 around 11:23 AM EST. Before I ordered I read the shipping terms, and it clearly stated that if you order before 2 PM EST your items will ship the same day.
They will be delivered within 1-3 days. I chatted with a rep (Jessie) and I was told 3 or 4 different reasons why it hasn't shipped yet. All of which were lies! He told me first that it was out of stock, & then quickly changed it to he had 4 other people's accounts open, and one on the phone.
Then it changed to my scanner was being prepared to be shipped out. The next thing was they were now doing a quality check on it. First of all I didn't request anyone to program my scanner, so therefore it should not even be opened until I get it. The scanners are suppose to be brand new, so 99% of the time there will be nothing wrong with it.
I posted bad reviews earlier today, and Jessie told me that Nixon (the manager) said if I didn't take them down they would not ship my items out! I told them fine don't. I requested 3 times to be refunded and was ignored on that issue. I was also blocked on the websites chat feature!
Later in the evening Nixon called me, and acted as if though he didn't know what was going on, and told me he would like to get it straight, and he had my scanner ready to be shipped out, which was very close to the company's closing time. Nixon said he would either email, or call me back with the tracking number once it was shipped. Well he called back, and then claimed that the USPS was having issues with the tracking software.etc I didn't say anything about that, but I did confirm the USPS that there were indeed no issues!! In any matter the same day shipping was not upheld, and they are either trying to prolong the process, or not ship it at all.
I also filed a claim with PayPal in regards to my refund after being told they would not ship my items, and when Nixon called me back he claimed he couldn't ship anything until I closed the claim out! I immediately closed the claim out so he could so call ship the items! The claim will be reopened this time, and not closed out. I want a full refund, and they can keep there items.
Even if the USPS was in deed having issues with tracking, there would still be a tracking number to be given!! Also I suggest that anyone that does business with this company only pay with PayPal, because the company's owner will not have access to the funds if a dispute is filed, and until proper tracking info is uploaded via PayPal, also your covered under PayPal buyer protection for absolutely anything. This info came straight from PayPal. I will never do business with this company again, and will gladly pay a higher price for a company that stands behind customers, and services.
I am going to also post this review everywhere possible, and file a complaint on this company with the NC & MN state AG.
I will not recant this review, and if for some reason I choose to do so, it won't happen until my refund is back in my account! There is nothing else to talk about.
