I am writing to address a matter regarding my resume service subscription, for which I would like to request a refund.

As you may recall, I engaged your services three weeks ago with the intention of receiving an updated final draft of my resume. During our initial conversation, you mentioned that I would receive an update by mid-April.

However, it is now almost mid-May, and I have yet to receive the final draft, despite sending repeated emails inquiring about the status.

The purpose of availing the resume service was to expedite my job application process by having an updated and polished resume. Unfortunately, the delay in delivering the final draft has resulted in wasting four weeks, during which I have had to rely on my outdated resume.

Considering the significant delay and the lack of communication regarding the progress of my resume, I kindly request a refund for the resume service subscription. I believe it is fair to receive reimbursement for a service that has not been fulfilled within the expected timeframe, especially after repeated attempts to seek an update.

I appreciate the work and effort you put into resume services, and I understand that unforeseen circumstances may have contributed to this delay.

However, I trust that you can understand my perspective and the frustration caused by the prolonged wait.

I kindly request that you process the refund as soon as possible and provide confirmation of the reimbursement. I would appreciate prompt action in resolving this matter.
