Cancellation of my flight
My name is Naoki Oshima. I like to cancel my flight (reservation number YAFH7O) due to a medical reason. I was just discharged from Pomona Valley Hospital (on 4/4/25 I was taken to the ER first). From falling off a ladder, my diagnosis is:
1. T12 compression fracture
2. Compression fracture of T7 vertebra
3. Herniation of intervertebral disc at L2 and L3
4. Back pain
I do have the discharge document. Please advise the next process to get a refund for the flight. Thank you in advance.

ZipAir has a 0 rating. Their system made and entry mistake with my name. They entered my first name twice showing up as first and last name. I have been working with their support team
ZipAir system entry errored by entering my first name twice and after all the proof of passport/califorinia ID showing my first and last name also proof of purchase showing correct name they refused to correct their mistake and their recourse is for me to cancel my ticket loose my entire payment of $1700 and rebook. This is wrong it was not my mistake it was their system mistake

why you charged me , 2500pesos , my flight ticket has a 30kg baggage allowance and hand carry, supposed to be im entittled to have a luggage , why you charge me on my credit card ,, the reciept is the same upon my booking ,

The SFO boarding monitor not showing the ZG25 boarding status information.

I attempted to register with ZIPAIR but you do not list a Country Code for the United States. Are U.S.
citizens barred from joining your organization. If not then how do we join without a country code which is required to complete the registration requirement?
