They have been billing me for a purchase I didn’t make, & they’re unresponsive to attempts to correct their mistake.
this is stupid. I didn’t say Zip corvette.
I had never heard of this company, but months ago, started getting a bill for $145 from them.
I wrote the several times, explaining this & they were unresponsive. Two weeks ago I called them & explained it to an agent & she escalated it to their team, & nothing happened, except another bill. I called again & was just told they usually are in touch within 24-48 hours but theyre really busy now.

Deceptive Product Return Policy
Bought a 63-75 Lighter Housing and Retainer (Pt # D-1058) for my 1969 Corvette. Tried to install it, but it would not tighten up properly.
I called Zip-Corvette and was told the new production was for visual purposes only and would not perform or fit as a factory part. I asked to return it and was told, I would have to pay for the return shipping. I told the rep.
the description did not state the part was defective and was told, it didn't matter. Deceptive products are not covered by their guarantee, and will NEVER buy from Zip-Corvette again.
