Subscribed in 2013, used for short time, then forgot I had the subscription. Zipcloud, however, never forgot. And bill me they did.to bill. What they forgot was to remind me that for about six years, there had not been any activity in my account. Contrast this with IONO.com, my ISP, which send me notices BEFORE EVERY charge. Zipcloud - not so much, although Mark Sullivan, in his helpful chat session, wrote that :"We regularly sends [sic] the alerts, notifications to the Emails." The Emails? Where is that? I know where it is not: it's not my mail box. So, no emails to a seven-year subscriber. Of the over $1,000 paid during the seven years, they refunded the last payment : $12.44. I can't thank them enough.

User's recommendation: Choose a company that notifies you of upcoming charges. And one that does not lie about what they do: "We regularly sends [sic] the alerts, notifications to the Emails."
