Booked in to clean our student house, turned up took the key and cash payment. Then left shortly after and never came back.

Spoke to Raz who wouldn’t give a valid reason why and said cleaners took it all and not able to get hold of them.

Asked for a refund and hung up.

Now blocked my calls. Landlord called as they’ve got there keys and now being charged to change the locks.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

Their service is so poor, I lost my 135 and their response is also very bad. I have opt for End of Tenancy Cleaning with Oven Cleaning.

This was done on 11/Jul at Reading (8A High Street RG1 2EA) and inventory checkout was done on 13/Jul. There are lots of concerns raised in the inventory report with respect to cleaning. Now the letting agent (ROMANS) has asked me to pay 270., which means I've end-up paying 405 for 1BHK flat!!!!

However while I've contacted them, they just said that they can't do anything at the moment. So i would strongly suggest not to use their service at all.

Paid for an end of tenancy carpet cleaning service. Pictures i have seen subsequently show damage to the carpet but the cleaners and im now having to pay for it to be re-done.

I spoke to their office asking for a refund on the service as per my customer rights and was stonewalled.

When i asked for the name of the person i was speaking to, he immediately hung up and wont answer calls! Avoid this company!!!!

Zion Cleaners - I am extremely disappointed with the end of tenancy clean that was carried out last week, and also with the customer service I have received since (or not received as the case may be). First of all the flat was not cleaned to a standard that is deemed acceptable by us or the letting agent.

The carpets were still dirty, skirting boards still dusty, the extractor fan plates had not been touched and ALL of the stainless steel elements in the kitchen had been "cleaned" with a scourer leaving marks everywhere. These issues are to name just a few. I had to spend half a day cleaning what they hadn't, right up until the point of the check out inspection. I contacted them to ask for an explanation and had no reply.

I then contacted them again to ask for compensation, no reply.

It is absolutely unacceptable that they haven't even acknowledged my email. Avoid.

Very poor service. They ripped me of 230 pounds.

Before cleaning their list of activities looks good but they don`t even do 20 % of agreed activities. It was just 2 boys that worked for hardly 3 hours... Upon asking to clean they said it is fine even though toilet was still dirty , floor not mopped , washing machine had visible dirt. Post cleaning inspection didn't go well.

Result - i will have to get the property cleaned again... I will not recommend using them at all... It was a big mistake to use their service..

I am sure there are many cleaning companies that willl do better job for lesser money. KD

Beware of Zion Cleaning. Owner's first name is Richard 623-261-****.

He brings teenagers with him to clean. We've had our things broken, stolen and they do a horrible job. They stayed for a total of two hours, charged us 90 bucks, and we could BARELY tell the house was cleaned. My 12 year old would've done a better job.

They stole my beauty products and broke my mother's antique tea cups and saucers. Terrible job dusting and vacuuming.

The tile floors were left dirtier than before, sticky after they were so called cleaned.kitchen ware dusty, tv's not dusted, honestly I can go on and on, but I think you get the point. Stay away from them!
