I need my mobile number change to 0778021**** because l lost my phone l tried to login in to zilch and it ask for a six digit code number so see if you can help me to get back in to my account

Shocking g service

Everytime I try to make a payment I cant. It says too many attempts when Ive only tried once. Resulting in me not being able to use my zilch. I want a call back asap
