My card details were changed suddenly...
I couldn't get hold of them so had to close my account
My card details were changed suddenly without warning for no reason, causing a number of scheduled subscription payments to fail. My new card details don't work, and I am unable to activate my card for a retailer. The live chat also doesn't work.

Cannot contact Zilch about being unable to login to use my card. They just direct me to live chat in app, but I cannot login to use it.
I used PC and they sent me an automated reply with the exact same options they gave me before.
So I guess it is back to sitting on hold all day trying to contact them. Useless company completely avoidant.
