my orders have been messed up several times and this last order came with bottles empty because of being poorly packed other orders have been sent to the wrong address after you were notified!!

Zija Customer Service Outstanding!
I didn't even realize I used pissed consumer; I just googled customer service number for Zija. This is the second time I have called them but for different issues.
The first time I got through to them without pissed consumer's help. The first time they treated me exactly the same as this experience, excellent! I didn't wait long on either call. They were able to help me accomplish what I needed.
The first call, I didn't have my customer number and he helped me find it and put my order on hold - I love their product, but I forget to use it everyday.
This time I called to order something because I was running out of the product. I feel bad that I used pissed consumer because I wasn't pissed, so hope this makes up for it because they are a great company!

I had rind to zija last Friday. But nobody answer.
My zija number is 517****. I had problem to collect my delivery. Ups didn't delivery my packet. They send back to the shiper.
