I had found their website and saved it for a few months with the intention of buying my partner's wedding band from them. When I was finally ready to buy, I noticed the price on their website was different from their Etsy (Etsy being more), and they offered more sizing options on their Etsy than their website.
So before I placed my order, I emailed them asking why there was a discrepancy and if I was able to get the 1/4 sizing on the website for the price listed.
I was told their website was not up to date, that the pricing was incorrect and was very rudely told that gold is much more expensive now. Terrible customer service.

Do not buy from this seller. I did not wear the ring every day.
Kept safe in jewelry box. After short period the stone became cloudy.

BEWARE when purchasing from Zhedora. I returned my engagement ring to have a few missing stones replaced.
They had good communication until I paid for my ring repair. It cost 80 USD which i paid via palpal then they sent me the return address, so I posted my ring off and I have now been ghosted from any communication from them.
I have sent 4 emails to the email address i was communicating with them originally with no reply so I tried the managers email with no response then I tried them and their Facebook messenger ( which i can see that has been opened) with still no response. It's been 2 and a half months without my engagement ring and I'm still waiting...

I wanted to come on here and share my experience with this company. I was looking for a customized engagement ring and came across them on Etsy with 26k sales and 7k reviews as a Top Seller.
I scrolled through pages of reviews and they all were very positive and everyone seemed overly happy with their purchase. I felt confident going with this company.
For my fianceand myself, our experience has been nothing but a nightmare. My first mistake was purchasing directly through the supplier website so I couldn't leave a review on Etsy to forewarn any future buyers. A few red flags during the process that I should have noticed was Mark (owner) was always confused and unorganized about my file despite the multiple encounters he had.
He answered a call while in Vegas which sounded like he was partying. He often took calls and his kids were interrupting the conversation and constantly replying to emails in the middle of the night. It sounds as though they are a one man shop that doesn't have the man power. Once they received my payment they were over promising and under delivering from the start.
I would be told multiple times I would get the design by a certain date and that timeframe would pass. This happened everytime. It was a constant battle for communication. There was no one else to deal with but Mark.
He even got frustrated with me for being uneasy about the situation. Last we heard from Mark he was apologizing for the lack of customer service, giving excuses, but promising (yet again) he would have the ring done. Once we asked for a refund, that we were previously told me could get if we weren't happy, they stopped replying. It seems as though they do not have the man power to do custom rings.
I have since then searched and searched for reviews offline and read countless of horror stories from this supplier.
I have zero confidence in Zhedora. Please stay away from this company.

My engagement ring is missing
Did I mess up by not having a signature upon delivery? Yes.
I mailed my engagement ring, just to replace a missing stone in the band and fix the bend on the band, on 6/11/23, delivery by 6/15/23, arrived a day early, via FedEx.

Communication via email, was basically well let you know when its done to confirm delivery address and give you the tracking. 7/21, still no update, so I emailed and messaged the Etsy account, which I find out they never received it. Which was never mentioned in the email a week after the delivery.
Here I am aver 2 months later, I opened a claim with FedEx, long story short gets denied, ask for a pic of the front door of the address to reopen the claim, gets the front door of the building. Was told they would remake the ring, and no more responses.
Ive done some research now on the address and building, and it seems to be direct access, so technically there is no front door, so deliveries would of be straight to whom ever let up the delivery guy.

Preferred solution: Don’t even know if there’s a solution. Was told they would remake it, but I haven’t heard from them in a week. An apology for the lack of communication would be great too.

Hi there,
my wife and I bought a bridal set from Zhedora. At first the engagement ring of the bridal set seemed to be nice.
At first. My wife doesn't wear the ring on a daily basis. She NEVER WORE the rings while working out, taking showers, putting on makeup, when she cleaned the house. She never wore them at home, just on very special days.
We contacted the shop and told them that weird looking spots showed up and that we want our money back for the poor quality Zhedora sold us. The respond was insane. We want a refund! Zhedora doesn't answer anymore.
That's not professional at all. The Quality of the rings are so poor. We contacted now Etsy, but we are 100% sure they won't help us either. Please don't buy there!
Those rings won't last a lifetime what it should.
We are extremely frustrated and very sad how the owner handles this situation. Anyone help us please!

I purchased a custom setting and had my existing center stone added in by Zhedora. The Shop owner had poor communication throughout the process.
I had to message multiple times to make sure my stone was received because she said I could under no circumstances send it with insurance. She also refused to send me photos of my ring prior to shipment so that I could make sure I was satisfied. I ordered this ring in 18k white gold. I also own numerous other jewelry items in 18k and none of them have started looking so bad so fast.
The gold on the bottom of the ring looks like I've owned it for years. I wore it less than two weeks after receiving it before going back to a previous diamond band (which I've worn daily for many years and the gold looks better than my new ring). The ring in general has a very generic look to it. The inside definitely doesn't look professional at all.
I seriously question the quality of this ring. Because of all these things and more I will be taking my ring and dropping it off with a local jeweler to make sure the serial number on my stone matches and that it is in face my stone.
I will be asking about the quality of the gold and make sure it is in fact solid 18k gold.
I would have updated my review on Etsy but I started having some serious health issues and was unable to complete routine daily tasks until now. NEVER would I purchase from, or recommend this shop in the future.

I had my ring for 7 months I dont do heavy cleaning or work I am stay home mom. If I clean with bleach I take the ting off.
The thing became discoloured and had tiny marks on the stone its supposed to be moisenite.
I use to love my ring now I don't wear it because of this tried to contact them still no reply except for oh if the ring is abused it will have marks. I take care of my ring and very carefull .

Diamond fell out of ring
I have had my ring for less than 4 months and my diamond has already fallen out. I think one of the prongs is just loose, I have the diamond but I don’t feel like this should have happened so soon.
Can I send the ring back and get it fixed for free. I don’t feel like this should have happened this early on like I said I’ve only had it for a few months and I would like for it to be fixed.

My horror story started in 2016 but I’ve literally been too pissed to even try to write it out. I’ll try and do the brief version, and I have screenshots proving all of this.
They were great- until they had my money for my custom wedding set. Then they stopped responding. Kept asking for updates, pictures, anything, since their terms said you would need to approve the final design. The few times they said anything it was basically ‘please don’t pull your money we are working on it.’ Months went by.
The deadline passed. My wedding rapidly approaches. I am finally forced to threaten them with a paypal dispute if they don’t give me a number to call. Frantic, they suddenly respond.
When I call, a man answers and shovels excuses about someone being pregnant and says the ring is almost done. It’s about A WEEK before my wedding. He says he will send pics and ship it out, and he will give a discount. I’ve spent so much time crying by this point and there’s no time for finding another ring so I agree on the term that he will remake it for free if it’s not to my liking since I have no design approval opportunity now.
The next two days and I have to threaten him AGAIN just to get pics. He sends me some blurry unset band pic and says it’s on the way. I got it a couple days before my wedding. It is NOT as I had wanted- the design is wrong and there are flaws all over the unfinished metal.
I try my best to love it since it’s all I have. I’m so overwhelmed by this experience that I say nothing to the *** about remaking it. I’m too busy moving and being newly married to deal with it. Less than a year in, the POS literally falls apart in my hand with a small brush against a carpeted surface.
I am in hysterics once again after trying to be content with my flawed product. I send them my whole story, with screenshots, and I am promptly lied to about what happened. I have to hand the sonversation to my husband because I am so *** angry. After sending more screenshots and demanding to speak to someone competent, the response we get is ‘rings aren’t made to last and our jewelry is delicate.
We hold no responsibility for you ‘banging it’ so hard it broke.’ I threaten legal action, which I unfortunately had waived by not saying anything sooner. I’m told to ‘send them the ring.’ Knowing that they are full of *** and that people often don’t even get their rings back, I give up and take it to a real jeweler. They are stunned, and tell me that the *** design (which is part of what they changed from my original design) meant that the break was inevitable. They fixed, reinforced, and polished it so that it resembles something vaguely wearable and tell me it will not last forever.
I am heartbroken and angry, and after two years I am posting to try and keep it from happening to anyone else. These people are not jewelers and have no idea how to make jewelry.
They are liars and treat their customers like *** and will remove any negetive reviews to make themselves look good. DO NOT GIVE THESE *** YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a pair of ear rings and the order # is 140106**** and I need to return them as I can't wear them they are very nice but I am going to buy some hoops I would like for you to send me an e-mail at elviec@***.net with a return authorization # so I can get a refund. or send a credit to the credit card I used.

Horrible person do not do business with her
I ordered a custom ring from them for 600$ which was a fantastic price except that I never got anything close to wearable. She took 16 weeks (twice the quoted time and I was probably too understanding about the delays) to send me one which was really crooked and the design was super wrong.
I sent it back and it took her almost a year from the original purchase date to send an even more horribly done ring than the first time. She refused a refund. I sent it back and am in the process of fighting her for a charge back. She goes onto review sites and gives herself fake reviews, lies and flags my reviews.
She is really awful to deal with, once she's got your money she makes it clear she is not in a hurry to get you a product and she just does not care at all about her customers. I think I was too nice to her during the process and she just took complete advantage of it. The first picture is how it should've looked the second is what she sent me the second time. I held it together in the picture because it popped off within a day of me receiving it.
Gold jewelry properly made does not just fall apart. How anyone could think those two look alike is beyond me.

Buyer beware!!
I've been waiting for over 2 months for a reply from this company. Purchased thru Etsy on the date of Jan 20th took forever to get ring.
They print shipping label days before they actually ship. Ring gets here it's the wrong size. Waited until after wedding to have resized, good thing too because one of the main prongs broke the day of wedding... After getting the ring back with prong replaced the main stone is now crooked!
Sent pictures to shop and they wouldn't even reply. What a wonderful way to do business considering our wedding day is only the most important...

Zhedora on Ebay and Etsy! Stay Away!!
Do not EVER use @zhedora on Ebay or Etsy! After lying to me for 2 months and NEVER shipping out the correct item I paid for, he/she is trying to keep money they do not have a right to by fighting my charge back to my credit card company.
They made a mistake and never made it right, just lied and made excuses to me. Now 1.5 months later I am still dealing with this mess and they are lying to my bank. Instead of just owning their mistakes with handling my order and terrible customer service, they are trying to steal my money. I originally planned to just leave negative feedback on ebay (which i did) but decided to come here after getting a phone call from my bank telling me that Zhedora is countering my charge back claiming to have sent me the correct item.
Thankfully I kept EVERY communication I ever had with them and was able to prove to my bank my side. #dishonestseller

Wow, this is 100% my exact same story. The purchase and design process was actually great, but I had a stone fall out so I contacted them with a return.
Same as you, I paid then ghosted.
I guess the only plus for me was my ring never got delivered because I requested a signature upon delivery. I will hopefully be getting my ring back soon, but not my over $100 in repair and shipping charges.
