My M364 quit working
After unplugging the device and plugging it back in later all I got was a blue flickering light not a full light but a blue flickering small light it never got any bigger than a flicker I unplugged it and hours later tried it again and got no light at all.I have 2 other traps and they work fine. These devices cost to much not to work.

I purchased a trap that quit working (M364)
Waiting until July 7th so I can talk to an individual
I have not been able to contact any individual because of the 4th of July holiday I will have to wait till Monday to do that and I would not submit my credit card information to communicate online

Effects on glass
We recently purchased Zevo fly and ant killer. The product works very well on its intended victims but it has a couple of issues.
The odor of the product is strong and lasts quite a while.
Also, if you spray it on a window or other glass surfaces then you are destined for some serious cleaning. The product performs well but it does have a couple of drawbacks.
User's recommendation: It works well; just have your Windex .
