They refuse to speak to consumers on the phone.

I give Zevia an F ( Failing Grade ) for refusing to speak to their customers on the phone and for poor customer service. When consumers have questions and concerns and a company treats them like they don't want to speak to them on the phone.

That is simply rude and unprofessional.

It's the consumers that are keeping you in business. We deserve better customer service.

A waste of time trying to speak to someone on the phone.

I give Zevia an "F" Failing Grade for poor customer service and treating people like they don't want to speak to any of their customers on the phone. It's simply rude and unprofessional.

If customers have any questions or concerns they only accept emails, they don't want to speak to any of their customers that are keeping them in business. They should be boycotted.
