I tried to phone number that I got through pissed consumer and it just made a weird noise. I didnt get through to anyone. I need to know how I can cancel subscription to this product. I bought 5 or 6 bottles of it.
I do not want to receive an ongoing subscription until Ive tried that much to see if it will help. very uncooperative, actually unavailable, customer service.

You cant call them. They take weeks to respond.
They drag it on and say management has to decide then they say no refund after waiting weeks. No customer service, reviews are horrible, no empathy.
Just saw an email saying its being reviewed again.Thanking me for being patient. Im very upset i want a refund.
Finally got an email, i requested refund a few days later they responded they had to send my request to higher up to wait 24-48 hours. That has passed and no follow through. I emailed them back again.
Never got my order. Sent 7 emails not one response.
Called them no real person answers. I feel i was scammed.
Their website out dated sadly. Wish i had checked this out first :(

I cannot get through to anyone, I have emailed three times to cancel my subscription and yet to hear back, when I do hear it automatically rejects my email saying there's a virus. This will be the fourth attempt to get ahold of someone, if you do not cancel my subscription and continue to take money from my account, I will have to take legal action.
