Ordered 2 weeks ago today. I bought 2 100ml bottles of juice and paid for 2 day priority shipping. I received purchase confirmation email and that's it. I sent an email 5 days ago inquiring about my order (because I didn't receive it) and when I log in on their website, it shows order still pending. A little communication would solve these issues, i know *** happens but when your flat out ignored..thats no way to do business. If anyone knows who they use for payment processor, please let me know! (Rather deal with them then have to cancel my card and all that

User's recommendation: Don't purchase! Maybe if you go to the physical location you'll get what you pay for but if you orde4 online you'll definitely not receive anything like all of us.

When I order they take forever to ship to me and when I call with concerns they are rude and act like their mess ups are the customers fault. Don't buy from them. Also there prices are way too high.

Zeus Juice IS HORRIBLE

If I could sum up my experiences with zeus juice in one word it would be horrible. Not only is their customer service seriously lacking but they will tell you one thing and then come back later with "I NEVER said that!" I mean what kind of company does that kind of thing? Aren't all phone calls recorded if I made something up couldn't you find it out with a click of a button??? All of their employees are freaking delusional I swear. I do have to admit their juice is amazing but I am done paying them hundreds of dollars a month if they are going to treat their customers with an ounce of respect. Also they are so slow in getting there shipments out there are ALWAYS shipping issues and errors in the wrong items and wrong MG's. Im so sorry for this company because extremely soon unless something changes they will go out of business and they will deserve too.

I’ve been a Zeus consumer for nearly 4yrs. I’d say that up until last year every time I put in an order before 8am it was indeed shipped that day.

My last order took a MONTH to get out to me. Extremely disappointing

It's really sad, I was starting to like these guys. Will not be shopping there any longer after my most recent experience. Everything is great until theres a problem. I paid for express 1 day shipping from USPS. Zeus Juice held up their end of the deal and shipped when they said they would. Then USPS screwed up and took 2 days to deliver which was too late for me. Not a big deal I figured. Express Mail is GUARANTEED delivery by USPS. If they dont deliver on time, USPS refunds you. When I notified them the delivery was late, they waited until it was delivered the next day and then asked if I got it. I said, yes it arrived but late and that I would like them to get me a refund from USPS for the 1 day service I paid for. Never heard back from them. It's been 2 weeks now, with 3 messages sent and they refuse to reply. I have not been rude, I have not been hostile, I was not angry in anyway shape or form. I just wanted my money back since I paid for a guaranteed delivery service. The Juice they have is good, yes, yes it is. But as soon as you have a very MINOR easy to fix problem. they ignore you. Talk about BAD customer service, if you can call it that! They lost my business over something *** as this......... wow. Now I get to file a charge back with my card issuer! YAY! FUN!

Absoulutly Disgusted !

I recently placed a small order with Zeus e Juice , Tuesday 3-4-15. Now I've ordered from them in the past, and they seemed to be a very solid very( customer service) oriented place. I had an issue with one order once, and they responded immediately back with an email. This time , well ill just say its like they just took my money and disappeared off the face of the earth. Ok heres the deal. I placed the order, 3pks of coils, 6 empty dropper bottles. Yup that's it. Well, being just hardware, I figured at the lastest it would ship by the next day.(Wednesday 3-5-15 ) Nope! ok I am a little disappointed at this point but, not a huge deal. This is why I stopped ordering from them before ( takes em forever to finally get anything out the door) Which I understand when it comes to e juice, as there's is all made to order. But 3 boxes of kanger coils and some 6ml dropper bottles come on ! Well its Friday evening now 3-7-15.Ok something's up , no shipping conformation . no ship, notice ,no email NOTHIN ! Ok I double check all my emails, and even went thru every spam mail just incase. NOTHIN ! So I went on the site logged in to MY Account and there I find in the order progress , a line which says( order issue) waiting for coils / rockey ? Alright if you don't have instock, what a customer ordered and cant ship it out, Whats the first thing you do as a Business? (bonus points for this one ! ) YES , you inform them of the delay !! An email , a text, a phone call even a letter. Ok now im pretty pissed. But I have to deal with it Monday morning I guess , cuz there closed weekends. So heres Monday 3-10-15 I emailed them wanting to know around about time for the order and if they couldn't fulfill the order in a couple days I, would have to cancel the order ( please respond asap) BY 3pm today no response, so now im really riled up. I write another email asking them to respond and Call me! Nothin ! Tuesday morning 3-11-15 still no response no call. So I guess its time for me to call, I don't like doing this when im pissed, but stayed calm and here goes. Well you cant get anyone to answer any line. They simply will not answer the phone, no extension ,no department.There isn't even an operator to talk to it just goes to all there voice mails. So after leaving a total of about 5 messages now with all my contact info. I just want to cancel this order and be done with them forever! But you cant do that if ya cant talk ta someone now can you? Hmmmm very convenient on there part. Ladies and Gentlemen this is absolutely DISGUSTING ! and vial thing to do to any customer. This is the lowest most despicable thing a company can do.I don't know whats going on there, but extensive online searches proved that a few others are going thru this same thing right now with Zeus e Juice. Absolutely no communication with this vendor. As I said its like they just disappeared with our money. Now I have to call my credit card company and try to stop payment on this order if that's even possible. And I am filing for fraud charges. If no one responds to you in over a week, that is fraud ! Plain and simple. Please Please Please do not order from this vendor! If you do , don't place a large order. All I can say for sure is this company has drove there once good reputation and business practices in to the ground. And I for one will NEVER EVER do business with them again. Thank you for your time, I just hope this saves someone the pain and headaches I've had to go through.

Interesting. I just posted about a VERY similar issue.

However I got my product. Seems they treat you great until theres a tiny problem and then they disappear.

Really sad, I liked these guys.

A company this small should not already have 2 pissed consumer reviews.

They just apparentlt hate doing customer service. Probably some of those people who think that every customer is out to scam them or something.
