Iv tried several times to contact with no results, no one answered the phones all day and could not leave a message, the mailbox was full. I have sent it back with all information for a refund.

Your instruction manual would only go so far and was no help after that. The camera looked like it may be good just the service was bad.

The first initial problem with Zetronix was my wife ordered the 4 Orca recording sunglasses and 4 transitional lenses for $799.94. We messaged the online chat and they said the order was cancelled.

Our bank had declined the first charge but proccessed the second. We still did not get our money back which means the order was not cancelled. We did not recieve the items. Seeing how we assumed that the bank was the problem we were told to reorder and we did so on a different card.

We ordered a total of $839.89 of the same order and for some reason we got charged more and the order wasnt correct it only said 1 transitional lens was ordered. At this point we ordered 3 more and tried to get a hold of customer service again to make sure that the overnight shipping could still apply to the second purchase we had to make due to an online error. We ordered overnight shipping and it has been over 2 days since. We have called, left emails, and tried to use the online chat, but this time it says their aren't any agents available and when we can it goes directly to voicemail.

They are blocking our calls somehow and refusing to respond! Now they have a total of $1,639.83 of our money that they refuse to refund or send the products ordered!!!

Good Camera glasses, HORRIBLE support

I have been trying to contact Zetronix for weeks on 2 issues, one is my camera has a loose wire or something when I close the ear piece it shuts off the power.

No answer, I even tried using chat support, they "said be patient" That was several weeks ago. They claim a 1 year warranty but if they don't answer customers that is worthless!

TERRIBLE SUPPORT!

Never got all of my order,wont respond to emails and wont answer phone

i ordered the nanny cam alarm clock...got a dash cam,i put in a paypal dispute and got a response. they sent me the clock i ordered but not my 2 sd cards ( i was charged for them) now they wont answer my emails again and my paypal dispute is now up!

to make matters worse I cant set the time on the clock. I recommend that you DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!. this whole transaction took over 1 month and I am out $562.

canadian dollars and have a nanny cam that i cant really use. thank you zetronics for screwing me.

Bought a dash cam and hard wire kit that they say they lost before it was shipped. Still waiting for my order. They ignore my phone calls and emails.

Well I checked the usps site after a day of leaving a nasty phone message to them. Probably should of kept my cool but I was pissed!

My package has been shipped!

I guess I will see if it is all there and works. It's amazing you have to raise *** with this company to get *** done.

Dash cam quit, Zetronics rep not returning emails

I purchased Zetronix zBlackBox-500HD Dash Cam Recorder in February 2013. By April 2013 I was negotiating exchanging said camera for another due to it failing to record.

In August 2013 I experienced the same issue with the second camera. Discussions with their representative provided troubleshooting options - to no avail. Upgrading to a different camera was offered but none at that time were of interest so I kept on trying to use the current camera.

Finally it has stopped completely & I have exchanged multiple emails to the point of being offered an upgrade with 80% credit with the return of my camera. Problem is, I cannot get a reply to tell me how to proceed & it has been 3 weeks now with weekly emails from me requesting service.

I'm following up to report that the day after my complaint posted here, I received the necessary information to return the camera. According to this information they would send out the replacement device within 48 hours as well as make contact with me in case there was a price difference owed them (which there is).

Well, UPS tracking indicates they received my camera on 3/4/2014 @ 12:51 P.M.

it is now 9:12 P.M.

on 3/12/2014 (8 days later) and I have heard NOTHING from them. An email is headed their way next.

Zetronics video pen nightmare 2 1/2 months to get

I ordered a video pen for my husbands birthday. I received it a week before.

Gave it to him on his day. It didid not work. Tried all the steps to follow then called the 800 number provided. They were not happy to help and in the end told me to e-mail for a returns authorization.

I did an received one. Mailed it back within a day at my expense. Then received conformation that they had received it. 3 weeks later no pen Amanda no communication I contacted them again.

They replied asked for RA and order number. I replied with same day. No response. 2weeks go by I file a complaint with Paypal.

Surprise they send me a e-mail it will be shipped. 2 more weeks. I upgrade to complaint with Paypal. Surprise I get e-mail pen has been shipped!

Then get e-mail from them defending themselves. Just don' buy from them!
