My order number E50828 was placed on 21 of Dec 23 and payment of £63.76 was taken on that day,it has still not arrived and I have received no acknowledgment of either the order or the payment. I sent an email last week to the site and as yet, have not had a reply. Could you please look into this and send my product or refund my money. Thank you. Margaret Hines.

Still waiting on refund.

Ordered product in March 2023. Product could not be provided. Order was cancelled in June 23 by Zest beauty, with refund being returned to my account. Was told 14 business days, its now July 23, and still nothing. Terrible customer service, cannot reach anyone via helpline, or email or phone ( just goes to answer phone) Id suggest using a company that actually knows how yo treat there customers. Absolutely shocking!!!

Hi Sir/Mdm

I am writing with regards to a purchase made online on 1st September 2022. Order number 102033****.

On 29 September I received an email from zestbeauty stating that the order has been cancelled as the item is out of stock. It was mentioned in the email that the refund would take up to 14 days.

To date I have yet to receive the refund as promised by zestbeauty.

I have written in to multiple times to ask for a refund and received replies on 24 October 2022, 28 Nov 2022, 30 Nov 2022, and 14 Dec 2022 saying that the refund would be treated as urgent and would be made within 5 working days.

It has come close to 4 months and yet no refund has been made.

I hope this matter could be treated with a sense of respect and honesty towards customers.

Look forward to a reply from you.

THIS COMPANY IS DISSOLVED SINCE 2020 ON COMPANIES HOUSE GOV UK. IT IS ILLEGAL TO TRADE WHEN DISSOLVED!! THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY, NOT REPLIED TO MY EMAILS AND SCAMMED A LOT OF OTHERS BY THE LOOKS OF IT. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!! I have been advised by my bank to report them to action fraud alongside their own investigations, please whatever you do, AVOID!

Have not received my product and there has been no contact as to where my product is. They have taken my money over a month ago when I call it is just an answering machine no actual person to talk to.

One’s personal email address should be respected and not abused to unauthorized solicitations from the company I recently purchased expensive products . Worse, weeks later, I’ve still not received products ! No one from this company has reached out to me with an explanation .

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I emailed ZestBeauty multiple times over a span of months, and finally informed them I would be reporting them on multiple websites, including PissedConsumer. After this threat, they finally emailed me a confirmation of my refund, and I received the full amount soon after (reflected in my credit card statement)..

I cancelled an order from ZestBeauty.com after reading dozens of bad reviews about the site where customers said they never received their products, and they never received refunds for their undelivered and/or cancelled orders. ZestBeauty cancelled my order and promised a refund. A month later, I followed up and they sent me an email saying their resources are limited and they will take care of my request as soon as they are able. I waited another month and emailed with another follow up. They simply sent me the exact same email. I doubt they have any intention of refunding for my cancelled order, especially because, on various sites, I've read about the exact same thing happening to other ZestBeauty customers. I've attached compiled screenshots of our email exchange in a PDF.
