Zest Property Solutions are No Show Thieves

I bought a voucher for a one off oven clean in time for Christmas .. I am still waiting.After much stalling & frustration I was given an appointment - I waited in all day. No Show, no answer to telephones, answer machines or emails. I have endured this treatment three times. Now they have gone completely silent on me. I have asked for my money back, what a joke! Pay Pal cannot do anything to help because Zest Property Solutions have deliberately strung me along way passed the cut off time for complaints.This was the clever work of Miss Ouassila Slimani from bookings with her maddening automated email responses.Never, never touch this company they are complete crooks. It has put me off ever buying a voucher for any service again because the company get the money up front before even an appointment has been made.

I have also received a terrible experience with buying a voucher for an oven clean from Zest Property Solutions. The small print stipulates the voucher is valid within the M25 which is where I live. They are saying this is not the case and they will only come to me if I pay for further services which I do not require.

UNRELIABLE NO-SHOW RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES AVOID AVOID AVOID

I booked an End of Tenancy Clean through a Gumtree Daily Deals advert, and Zest Services were difficult to get hold of from the start. Didn't respond to emails or calls, and only after repeated phone calls and voicemails did the manager, Mo Abdi, finally pick up the phone. He confirmed the services and the date booked, but didn't send a confirmation email. The Gumtree ad stated 2 cleaners would be sent for a maximum of 5 hours to complete the clean, and I booked for the hours of 12-5pm. I receive a call at 8am from the 'Supervisor' who said he was on his way - I informed him that the property wouldn't be available for cleaning until 12pm as discussed. He said he would call me when he was on his way. Then....NOTHING. I called the 'supervisor' repeatedly, left voicemails, no response. I called the manager, Mo Abdi, with no less than 27 MISSED CALLS and 4 VOICEMAILS. He finally picked up the phone and his attitude was rude, unapologetic, and ultimately he blamed me for sending away the cleaner in the morning?! He shouted at me, argued with me, spoke over the top of me and only apolgised when prompted as I ranted at him for the appalling service received from Zest Services. He then tried to rectify the situation, saying he would call his 'supervisor' and gt him to come right away and he would call me back. Did he call me back? NO, OF COURSE NOT. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS, they have caused me no end of stress when moving out is stressful enough anyway. I have had to pay over the odd to another company for a last-minute service in place of what Zest Services were meant to provide. Never in my life have I had the misfortune to deal with such a rude, unprofessional, disorganised and money-greedy company. FUMING.
