Where do I begin? We had just moved into a home in the Atlanta area that was less than 2 years old (the carpet largely smelled new) and the ONLY reason we were looking for a professional cleaner was because the previous tenant appeared to have had a dog that had left pet urine in a few small spots in one room upstairs - thus the need for enzyme treatment. Zerorez was the classic bait and switch - we are quoted $124.99 over the phone for a 3-room...

I was also one of those individuals that was duped by the commercials about how wonderful Zerorez service is. They came out on the $99 special and because we had pet odors they claimed that they could clean all the stains and odors from our carpeting for $400. I think because of their patented water solution cleaning, it only brought all the idors to the surface of the carpeting. They came back out a week later to retreat and that cost us...

I had Zerorez come and "clean" my carpets after seeing an ad on Channel 2 about the cleaning and sanitizing specials they offered. Needless to say, when the rep came to my house to provide the service the sanitizing was not included. I would have had to pay extra to have it done. A week after the so-called cleaning, my carpets in my home looked dirty and did not smell fresh at all. I hired Stanley Steemer afterwards to come and redo the cleaning...

Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Service Review

They came to clean a rental unit. The carpets looked just as dirty after the cleaning as they did before. I ended up using a spot spray and it took out even the worst stains. I had another rental unit with the same carpet and pretty much the same dirt. I used a different carpet cleaning service and was astounded at how good the carpets looked when they had finished. I'll never use Zerorez again.

We decided to use Zerorez because they had a good reputation. We have a brand-new home (less than 4 months old) and we had some basic soiled marks in the high traffic areas from movers and the increased foot traffic from getting a house up and running. Zerorez was easy to schedule and the technician came out on-time and was very professional. He sold me on the idea of some additional stain-protection because of the standard grade carpet our...

Anonymous I worked for zerorez. There are no chemicals they use that would bleach carpet. Better check something else.

Like so many others I heard about Zerorez from the radio. I called them and they explained how everything they use is environmentally friendly. I told them I couldn't remember the advertised price and they said it was three rooms for $119. They asked what rooms which I replied a hallway and living room. They asked about the third room. I told the lady there was hardly any real estate (carpet) showing because of the furniture. She then explained...

Here is what I told them: Most of the stains that were the reason I called you in are still very present. My carpets stayed wet for several days after the cleaning. This worries me because of the chances of mold developing. When they were finally dry and I started to vacuum them, I found a significant amount of white residue coming up. That was disturbing because as your name states, there shouldn't be residue. When I initially contacted your...

If you need your carpets cleaned, DON'T call Zerorez! I called and scheduled an appointment after seeing an advertisement for $99.00 to pre-treat, clean and sanitize 4 rooms. Sounded good but after the technician arrived and inspected what was to be cleaned he stated that he would go back out to his truck and prepare a quote. He came back with a proposal for over $400 dollars! I had already vacuumed and moved furniture and was looking forward to...

Awful company and experience.THEY scheduled the cleaning between 1-4. 4:00 came and no one at our house or even a phone call. We called them and they tried to blame my wife by saying it was scheduled between 3-6. Owner said he would listen to the tape when it was scheduled and call me back. He did and then admitted it WAS 1-4 and they screwed up. But he still wouldn't do anything about it. We missed having dinner with friends, and it will now be...

We have pet odor on our basement carpet and decided to call zerorez because we hear the ads on the radio. We were quoted the $139 for three rooms and told that the pet treatment may be up to $100 more. No problem, we scheduled an appointment and the tech showed up Monday morning promptly at 8:30. She was very polite and when she smelled the basement and looked at the carpet under a black light she told me that the normal wall to wall cleaner...

I hear about Zerorez on the radio. Sounds great. The people moving in have allergies. This kid shows up, literally he couldn't have been more than 18. He goes over the rugs. We complain so he pulls out his little bottle of water and shows us this ridiculous excuse for a chemistry presentation. We tell him to hit the one rug one more time. He does. No change. I finally hired Stanley Steemer which I have been using for 25 years. I want my...
