Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I was charged $512.11 CAD for a Premium but I wanted only monthly as my history record shows.
Please change my subscription to monthly and reimburse me for the annual subscription.

Nonsatisfaction on the 3:oo update
I do not mind the company trying to make money to support the website, but putting the 3:00 market update behind a paywall is not a good idea for your long-time market watchers. I understand some articles, but not the 3:00 market update.
Your site has long been my homepage, but I'll have to find another if this continues. I enjoy the comments section a lot, but if you are going to continue this, I will find another. I enjoy the way you mix business with politics and world news, but it seems like all the articles are behind a paywall. I still read some, but the 3:00 update seems over the top.
Please go back to the way it was for the 3:00 update. Thank you.

I have been waiting since October 28, 2024. A&E warranty has rescheduled so many days and time.
No show. The answering machine keep going around with same message. A&E agency keeps canceling and giving me two more weeks each time. The service is being canceled by them.
