If you bought your ecigarettes from zerocig.com don't use them

If you recently purchased electronic cigarettes from zerocig I would think twice before using them. The product is not made in the USA and they are not a registered supplier on the electronic cigarette forum or the electronic cigarette vapor association.

They have not ran any testing on the zerocig product and the product can contain many additional harmful chemicals. When I discovered that zerocig was not a USA made product I contacted them for a refund and was put on hold until I was eventually hung up on. I tried back and was not able to get anyone back on the phone.

In addition it's impossible to reach them by email. Your best bet is to buy electronic cigarettes from a local store like walmart or costco.

Been using ZC for 4.5 years and never had any of the issues this person described.

Zerocig is one of the worst electronic cigarette brands out there. Overpriced junk really.

You can find a way better deals on electronic cigarettes at ebay. Zerocig cartridges have hardly any eliquid in them and the flavors have a very chemical taste. More than likely not a usa made product. If you look for reviews about zerocig you will see that they are a bunch of scammers who don't honor the warranty of their products.

If you are serious about ecigarettes zerocig is not the way to go. eBay is great and you can also find other great vendors on the ecigarette forum which zerocig is not a part.

Property Damage Repair Review

Very poor customer service. I received my starter kit after waiting nearly a month.

I ordered two ecigarette batteries both of which quit working after just a few days. When I called customer service to explain the problem I was rudely put on hold and told someone would be calling me back to rectify the problem and no one ever did.

Zerocig electronic cigarette zerocig.com

I called zerocig to order their electronic cigarette over 2 months ago. I never received it.

I called and called for nearly two weeks with no luck in getting ahold of anyone there. Finally after a month I got a hold of someone who said they would be sending me another one as the first one some how got lost??? So now it's been over a month since that conversation and still NOTHING. Now I'm out $90 and no zerocig electronic cigarette here!

watch out for these scammers, crooks trying to make a quick buck in the electronic cigarette business for sure. watch out for zerocig.com

zerocig is the worst of the worst when it comes to ecigarettes. I'm a pissedconsumer just because the product tastes so bad.

They do not taste like real tobacco at all and the Menthol was even worse. Last but not least the battery is a joke, you have to charge it every 10 minutes.

I would rate zerocig a 0 in terms of performance. You can get far more performance from other ecig brands.

The cartridges hardly ever work too! Half the time they're empty!

This was my first time ordering from zerocig. I waited for a confirmation email that my order had shipped and still had not gotten it five days later. I tried calling the company, but there was no answer. I left several messages and the only time they returned my call is when i flagged it as urgent ( press 3 after leaving the voicemail). they finally called and told me some stuff was on bcd order and that it would ship that day and should arrive in 3-5 days. Four days later it is still not here, now I need to wait through the weekend for my things.

Plus the $30 shipping fee with DHL actually makes this an overnight delivery not a 3-5 day delivery time. The 3-5 day service is their standard delivery service and costs less than $10 to ship large boxes.

The company advertises on its website that it ships domestically from a warehouse in Canada, therefore NO CUSTOMS to seize the shipment. I am probably going to refuse this shipment and cancel my order come monday.

This is correct in terms of USPS 1st class shipping to Canada. We always suggest international customers choose a more priority level of shipping due to this.

1st Class mail due to customs delay typically takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks.

Since this is a frustrating fact for both our customers and us. We have since discontinued shipping to Canada or any international countries USPS 1st Class. We now only ship HIGH priority services internationally and while it is more expensive it is much faster.

If you are from Canada, there is a GOOD Chance Customs grabbed it because Health Canada is ridiculous.

You should be sure that isnt what happened before making these types of public complaints.

That isn't a companies fault, its bad luck.

It happened to me as I am in AB Canada, and they did send me replacements. I also ended up getting my original order about 2 month later when customs magically released it.
