Warranty. Perfectio didn’t work.
- Charging issue: device shows charge but won’t hold it.
- Wants to talk to customer service, asks for a phone number, and cites lifetime warranty.
It seems like its charging but no charge. I would like to talk with customer service to get this resolved if my warranty is actually lifetime like it says, I should be able to get a new one if its just the charger then I need a new one.
I would like to talk to someone about this have the phone number and all I get is this online crap I know why you call it pissed off customer I dont wanna talk to my phone. I want to talk to you.
I plugged it in and light green lights flash for a little while about a minute later stop I let it charge overnight. I pick it up and a red light flashes for one second next to my skin and then it stops everything.
