I reached out to discuss exchanging a large Woopie tanker coat for an XL. It’s unacceptable to claim to be a vet's organization and then treat a Vietnam combat veteran so poorly.

I am now pissed; a damn phone number for customer service is beyond stupid. You are supposed to be a valid outfit.

I served in 5th Special Forces counter-intel attached to the CIA's TS Phoenix Program SOG.

Many old vets ask the same question. Call me now!

*** man I ordered my stuff December 6th and still haven't gotten my stuff, nor have I gotten an email response in over a week now. No numbers work for them, but all you read is "they are just such a great company with amazing customer service"..... Yeah okay, I used to like them but I can't even cancel my order if I wanted to now.

They are very anti consumer. They accept NO accountability. Cancel my afterlife with our telling them too. I am capable of doing it myself.

Takes days for them to respond. The Customer service phone # doesn't exist. Very frustrating. They take your $$$$ but don't communicate.

I guess it's there zero f*cks given attitude. The attitude applied in real world situations works but not when u have to deal with consumer. Your base, the people that keep you in business.

Worst business I have ever had to deal with, without a doubt. They evenake your decisions for you.
