Requesting to talk to a customer representative or Manager about a refund on an ordered product not delivered
Have requested to speak to a representative, without success. In the 14 months since ordering this product and not receiving it, I have purchased a competitors product to complete my assigned (remote ) job that I has on assignment as a photographer.
Multiple attempts for a response have only resulted in " We are unable to supply a refund"
I think after 14 months I should be entitled to a refund.
Is this a scam? or are they actually producing these???

User's recommendation: Do not deal with this company. They have tied up over 1,500.00 of my money for 14 months and will not offer a refund. No product seen. Avoid them
Utter waste of money
- - Almost 10 months of design/manufacturing delays.
- - The device barely cools; compressor cycles and support is slow, adapter missing, refund ignored.
An absolute waste of a lot of money. After nearly 10 months of delays (due to repeated design and manufacturing glitches, which of course was pretty ominous) my Zero Breeze arrived and has proven to be essentially worthless.
In cooling mode the compressor runs about 15-20 seconds before shutting off; the fan alone then runs for about a minute before the compressor comes back on for another 20 seconds. The air put out when the compressor is on is *barely* cooler than the ambient air, so the Zero Breeze provides, effectively Zero Cooling. The company has been very, very slow in responding to my concerns; they promised a new power adapter (not sure how that would solve the problem) but after a couple of months it has not arrived. (They said they were waiting for more customer feedback -- ie, complaints -- before dealing with such issues.) They have ignored my request for a refund.
You'll get just as much relief from the heat with a $15 floor fan. Utter junk.
I don't understand why my money has been returned to my bank account.
I still want my zero breeze
