Needed info about duct cover for hood. Went to my local appliance dealer who handles zephyr.

They looked up customer help number and I saw it displayed on the computer screen ( the appliance store gave me the correct number as it appeared on the zephr website). Turns out it was not the right number. On line search and got a correct number. Called and immediately went to voicemail.

Prompts dont work and was hung up after holding ten minutes 3 times in a row.. finally was able to leave a call back number. Still waiting!! I am 67 years old.

I am afraid I am going to run out of time.

They are horrible. Take your business elsewhere

Been a week trying to get a number of an authorized repair company who can repair a sealed system. submitted the diagnosis from a company but now you are telling me it needs diagnosis...

User's recommendation: A phone number so you can get answers quicker. emails response comes in 24 hrs wasting days.
