- Charged on the cancellation day.
- Could not find a phone number.
- Submitted a portal cancellation/refund request and waited ~2 weeks with no response.

I sent a request thru their portal and its been close to 2 weeks no response.
Looks like they only know to take money and then not to have to deal with customers. Cancel my subscription and refund.
