Trying to get a replacement backboard for the basketball. H
It sucked rude people and got nothing solved
I was not able to get through. I ended up with three or four different numbers.
Never got to customer service. The last person I called said something about the phone lines not being in service and a free $100.
Whatever and I don't know. It's just crazy that I can't even get through to a direct person just to order something
