Can't understand rep. Told him what i needed, but NO told to do it on the App where wasn't possible absolutely ridiculous!

It's my $ and it's called someone else used and or tried to use my card. BS

I had the same problem.I was charged an additional thirty three dollars and had three items on there.I didn't even order.It should have been fifty dollars and something sense for everything's not including the three items.I didn't order so I had two of the three items taken off and i'm still paying sixty three dollars. It's very confusing and it was an unauthorized thirty three dollar purchase.Technically, I should be receiving another seventeen.Dollars roughly purchased for my items.But whatever.

I can't log in again the next day after I received hello

I called because I couldn't log in. The rep helped me and I was able to log in, but the next day which is today, the password that I had changed it to did not work.
