On the morning of July 28, 2025...ope3ned my account to find that I could not invoice my clients and they could not pay me on a PDF format that Zenmaid had changed without notifying me of. The customer service dpt said they could not call me directly because they were short handed.
Here it is 5:57 in the evening and no resolution has been made.
As of right now, I have no money coming in and Zenmaid can not help me. Next step, the BBB.
